APPOINTMENTS
Appointment can also be made by phone, so please feel free to discuss with me over the phone for free consultation. If I am not available please leave a message on my voice-mail and I will return your call as soon as possible.
For personal hygene reasons and to keep my treatment room clean and free from virus-spread, please shower at home before your appointment. We do not provide shower facilities. Toilet facilities are available on the top floor.
Advance booking is recommended. First come first serve is dependent on how serious your pain is. This is for (THAI MASSAGE ONLY).
For clients who book an appointment, you must arrive on time. If you arrive for the appointment late, then your session will have to cut short, otherwise it is not fair on the next clients in the schedule.
When booking an appointment please provide your name and contact details, and confirm appointment the day ahead. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment.
Payment must paid upfront and by cash payment only before appointment can go ahead.
BEFORE
Before you book an appointment please discuss with your health and any health problems that you want me to work on. By doing this I can help you find the right treatment. All personal and medical information will be kept confidential.
I advise clients not to take any pain killers, balm, cream or any oils prior to coming for treatment.
Massage is a fantastic method of relieving stress, aches and pain, and can help in many ways. However, it is not suitable for everyone, in particular people with heart conditions, pregnant, or high blood pressure.
People who have not experienced Thai massage before may feel very tired for up to 2 days after. This is very similar to the aches you may feel after exercising such as swimming, or going to the gym. Some people may feel fine the next day, but everyone is different.
- Please take a shower and wash your feet before I start the treatment.
- Do not take alcohol before coming for treatment.
- Let us know if you are having any reactions to the oil or Thai balm.
AFTER
We recommend the following after treatment:
- Drink plenty of water
- Do not drink alcohol after treatment as this can make you feel very tired the next day.
- Take a warm salt bath before you go to bed.
HEALTH ISSUES
For clients who have health issues, please inform your GP before booking an appointment. For clients with serious injuries or health problems, please provide a letter from your GP with permission to go ahead with treatments. A consultation form must be completed when you arrive for treatment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please be considerate, as we receive many nonsense calls. We do not answer the phone to withheld numbers so we advise clients to provide a phone number and we will happy to return your call.
We do not accept text messages that are rude or of a sexual nature, or bad Language on our voicemail. Whoever is doing this we ask you to stop otherwise we will report this as harassment to the local police station.
WARNING: Anyone who calls or uses dirty text messages I WILL INFORM THE POLICE! When I provide treatments there is no body contact whatsoever. I provide a professional service only.
PLEASE NOTE
As already offer a very good discount to clients if you are purchasing a course of treatment, or a special gift voucher, but please be considerate when you are booking an appointment. we advise you to arrive on time and if you are going to be late or can’t keep your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Otherwise you may prevent other clients from having treatment who really need it.
